it's the best medicine with the least side-effects. If u compare it with any retinoid, which can just ruin ur skin and make it so bad that u really wonder wether it's a medicine. now about clindamycin,
my sis has been using it since many years for her pimples and it is quite effective in controlling them. even i use it if i get any small zits. but do get ur doctor to prescribe it. see when ur young most of us get zits some time or the other , looking at my skin many of my frnds asked how they can also handle pimples so effectively and i told them about clindamycin and they r very happy with the results.
