Late 20's and STILL battling acne :( what is the MOST effective treatment for acne. Whether it be costly or a little invasive. Currently do: monthly visits to esthetician with microdermabrasion, extractions, glycolic etc. Follow a structured home care cleansing routine %26amp; eat fairly healthy with drinking lots of water. I'm the same way. In the last year i have tried sooo many different stuff prescribed by the doctor and NOTHING is working, i want it gone by summmer :'(. You should ask your doctor about accutune (im not allowed to use it). Most people found it worked amazing and never got another pimple, but side affects are a b****. I dont have acne, but my cousin, best friend and sister have trued proactive and it absolutely doesnt work so maybe Epiduo or Neutrogena microclear scrub.
