it's quite effective. I used it during the summer, but i only used the cleanser and the herbal supplements, while using some other gel on my face, but it cleared up a lot of my acne.i think the pill is very good because it fights the bacteria in the inside. When i used the cleanser.. it really exfoliates dead skin cells and peels of the skin. I just order the herbal supplements and am currently just taking that now.
Again, everyone has different skin types, it may not work for everyone, but it worked for me.
