At walmart they have neutrogena acne body wash you could try. And they also make some on the spot acne treatment. Wash your body with the wash and then use the cream.
tea tree oil soap and if you can find Burt's bees garden tomato complexion soap helps a lot you can use apple cider and vinegar if you have black heads
I've heard that tooth paste helps acne. I've seen people use it also!
