These are the 3 main active ingredients that all anti-acne products use. The more expensive versions have a higher % of the active ingredient. If you try some Benzoyl Peroxide and you have no luck, try some anti-acne products with sulphur or salicylic acid. There is nothing like the best product that works for everybody. The same product that someone could come on here and rave about, you would find 10 ppl that hate it. The key is to try different things until you find something that works for you. ya ive used Benzoyl Peroxide. It works great!!! But i've only had mild acne, dont know about u. i think it might even be better than proactiv.
This all depends on your skin. It personally gives me a horrible rash that lasts for a few days.

i used acne free didnt work i used proactiv totally didnt work i used neutrogena it worked really good, its different from the ones i mentioned it has 3 bottles, morning night and a face wash. its good if u want to forget about acne
I heard it dries out your skin
no is not the most effective treatment i used it and is still hasent worked for me
