What is the most effective acne treatment you've used?

I have mild to moderate acne, but I'd like to prevent breakouts and clear my skin. I have pretty sensitive skin, and I do not want to take a pill. What would you suggest? Thanks! :)What is the most effective acne treatment you've used?
Neutrogena Acne Face Wash Bar

Garnier Nutri-Pure Microbead Cream Scrub

*I heard Proactiv works wonders!! BUT once you stop using it the acne is back to say hello -- Thats how they make their money; the ingredients in Proactiv is like crack to the skin but once you stop using it its all over for your face. What is the most effective acne treatment you've used?
I've been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it's at.

I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.

I'm 29 years old and have been suffering from these little pests since I was a teenager. I tried all sorts of face washes from the local grocery store and what not, but nothing seemed to work. If anything it would just make my skin dry and itchy.

Literally the best acne face wash I've ever used has been this stuff called clearpores. It has got rid of the acne to quickest and has been a success ever since I got it. It's unique cause of it's herbal supplement you take a long with it that helps your skin from the inside out. I saved money on it at skincleansingsystem.com at the time which was helpful.

You should really look into this stuff and if you can to assure the best results, get the 3 month supply because if it doesn't work it will still save you butt on the return policy.

Well good luck and best wishes.
Hello

From my experience If you really want to treat your acne there are two recommended solutions that should combined together (if you can afford it) for best results.

Firstly and more important, you must learn how you should fix the internal problem that's causing your acne, not just masking the symptoms or getting relief.

There are only few good Ebooks and acne cure programs that can teach you exactly how to treat your acne from the inside.

Where medicine has failed them the authors have done their own research and found a way to overcome acne. In their books they share their valuable knowledge with other acne sufferers. In any case, be very careful because many of them are pure crap with little value.

You can learn about one of the best guides that helped many people to treat their acne naturally in this helpful article:

The second thing that you need to do is to get good acne skin product that will be suitable for your skin.

There are hundreds of acne skin care products available in the market in these days and it's not easy to choose the product that will give you the best results.

When choosing your product make sure to check that you get at least 2 months full guarantee. Some of the big names in the industry are:

ClearPores, Acuzine, Acnezine, Proactiv, Vilante and some others.

I personally used the Clearpores cleansing system and was very satisfied with the results. You can find information and special discount on the different Clearpores acne systems here:

I hope that these tips will help you to get rid of your acne, good luck!
Shea Moisture's African Black Soap is purifying, gentle, and really clears up skin. Plus, you can use it on both your face and body. You can find it at Target or online. http://www.sheamoisture.com/products/pro…

Another great soap for both your face and body is Dr. Bronner's Hemp Peppermint Liquid Castile Soap. The formulation of this soap is beautiful; it keeps skin clear without being drying, and it literally makes your skin tingly-clean and fresh. You can find Dr. Bronner's Magic Soaps at most health food stores or online. http://www.drbronner.com/DBMS/PEP.htm

A combination of these two products keeps my skin absolutely clear.

Oh, and donate your used toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, shower gel, and soap)! I was thinking that you might want to check out Clean The World ( http://www.cleantheworld.org ) and perhaps send the remnants of your used toiletries to them via Central Care Mission. I'm a big fan of fun bath products, but any that don't suit my fancy, or the last bits of the soap bars, get sent to them to help prevent disease and death in Third World countries.

Thanks, and have a great day!
the biggest thing is wash your face religiously. every morning and every night without fail. also if you workout and sweat, wash your face as soon as you are done. try not to touch your face because even if your hands are clean the oils on them can make you break out. i use neutrogena oil free face wash and their on the spot treatment for pimples when i get them. it works really well. any brand will probably work for you, they all have the same basic ingredients and acne fighting medicine
I would definately recommend Proactiv i think its a great product and definately worth trying.

goodluck =)
I have the same skin type. I just use Stridex Pads. They have aloe in them, and they're awesome. I strongly advise you to NOT use Benzoyl Peroxide....this means Proactiv!
dont use proactive, it will just make you break out even more
