I have had acne on my back for 20 years and was just wondering if anyone knows any treatments to help it?

go to a dermatologist and ask. it could be a bacterial issue. try mary kay acne cleanser
Neutrogena body clear body scrub or body wash works. A lot of people prefer the scrub though. I had acne on my chest and I used the gel, after a few weeks, the break out stopped. I was impressed so i also suggested it to my ex and it also worked for him.

I dont really know, but they will come to a head if you take a really hot shower and have the water running on your back for a while.
