Any treatment for back/shoulder acne???

please....i have severe acne on my shoulders and on my back. its totally embarrassing and i am scared to wear tank tops or anything that shows any skin. any suggestions would be awesome thanks so much :)Any treatment for back/shoulder acne???

you get acne on your back because it's full of oil and dead skin cells. when you shower focus on scrubbing the heck out of your back! with soap!!!

it is very simple thing first u do wash the body with soap free body wash two time in a day drink lot of water minimum 1o cup of water and weekly once eat mixed salad including cucumber,carrot,lectures,small onion ,some cauliflower mix all and put in microwave for 5 min then u can eat and daily drink one carrot juice must do exercise.this will control acne
